Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pasta Pot
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry, rub with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
  • Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, add cream, and simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  • Slice chicken and arrange over pasta. Pour sauce on top and garnish with parsley and optional red pepper flakes.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, simmer an extra 2–3 minutes to reduce.
Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick when reheating.
